Hot sauce made from home grown Jalapenos here in Pittsboro, North Carolina.

I think of my sauce as more of a condiment then a mouth scorchung Hot sauce. My goal is to add flavor and spice to my food to enhance it, not overpower it. I'm not here to make tears run down your cheeks from pain but rather joy.

Ingredients: Jalapenos, White Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Oil, Sugar, Salt
