Hot Banana Peppers meets Cayenne in this mix. Both peppers are grown by me here in Pittsboro, North Carolina

I think of my sauce as more of a condiment then a mouth scorchung Hot sauce. My goal is to add flavor and spice to my food to enhance it, not overpower it. I'm not here to make tears run down your cheeks from pain but rather joy.

Ingredients: Hot Banana Peppers, Cayenne, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Distilled White Vinegar, Olive Oil.
