Holy Habanero

Habanero Pepper sauce with the most kick of all three of my sauces. Peppers are grown by me here in Pittsboro, North Carolina.

I think of my sauce as more of a condiment then a mouth scorching Hot sauce. My goal is to add flavor and spice to my food to enhance it, not overpower it. I'm not here to make tears run down your cheeks from pain but rather joy.

Ingredients: Habanero, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Distilled White Vinegar, Olive Oil.
